St. George Children’s Museum

Utah is not only known for its National Parks and outdoor activities but also for being home to many great museums. One of the most popular is St George Children’s Museum, a place for kids and adults.

The Children's Museum in St George Utah

If you haven’t stopped by the St. George Children’s Museum, then you are missing out. It is amazing! It’s jam-packed with great activities that everyone will enjoy.

There’s no better place to let your kids’ imaginations run wild as they explore each of the incredible rooms this St George museum has to offer.

The exhibitions are divided into 2 floors; on the main floor, you can find these exhibitions: Kids at work, The Farm, Transportation Exhibit, Grocery Store, The Bank, Government Offices & Communication & Theater.

And on the lower level: Prehistoric Place, Magic Castle, Sports & Exercise Area, Music Room, Art Room, Science Discovery Lab & Under The Sea.

Your kids will love the Art Room filled with materials and crafts for all ages. You can explore the castle room where you will have the opportunity to dress up in royal clothing, sit on a throne, and even battle a dragon!

The desert discovery room depicts the beautiful landscape, animals, and insects that the desert has to offer. In the farm room, your kids will be able to milk cows, gather eggs, and much more. See more exhibits here on the Children’s Museum Website for more information.

Have we already mentioned that the Prehistoric Palace is one of our favorite exhibitions in the museum? When you enter the room, you will step back immediately to when dinosaurs rule the world. Don’t make your kids leave the room without climbing on the life-sized triceratops!

The motto here is Discover, Imagine, and Create because every single exhibit and activity is designed for that purpose. Everything provides an opportunity for guests to discover something new, expand their imagination, and create something amazing. There isn’t anything else in Southern Utah like it!
